Our community services and policies are available upon request. Kentucky law requires that we provide a 30-day notice to residents before changes in pricing.

Models do not reflect spacial preference. All renderings, maps and plans are artist’s conception and are not to scale. All square footage is approximate. Some options and services may not be available on all plans or communities.
We accept Veterans Aid & Assistance for assisted living costs. A veteran’s spouse may also receive these benefits.
